An in-depth scoping exercise will be carried out to determine your individual requirements. During this phase the Redware team will work closely with all parties involved to map out the tasks required to implement your LMS and agree key dates for project milestones. Any bespoke work that is required will be identified during the scoping exercise, this may include any integration requirements with 3rd party systems (such as HR or Workforce Management).

Training
Training is an integral part of our partnership with clients and can be tailored to suit your needs and requirements. Redware will provide training to the administrators and key users of the system, with user training being delivered internally via L&D, HR or line managers. Training is typically delivered in phases – sessions after user acceptance testing, another after go-live and top up training alongside any development advances on the system.
