Role activities & responsibilities:
With previous EdTech experience and leadership within the technology sector, my focus has always been to devise a clear business strategy and prove business success through constant improvement of our LMS product offering alongside ensuring positive customer and employee engagement.

Why Redware:
The company has evolved hugely since its start in 1999, however, the company has always been built on a common vision embraced and executed by the whole team. This vision is to focus on continued improvement of our LMS to benefit learner’s performance across our global clients.

What motivates you in the world of LMS?:
The constantly changing world of learning. To ensure developments and key trends in software are relevantly applied to the learning sector.

Emily joined Redware at the company’s inception in October 1999. 

Adam Heath

Role activities & responsibilities:
Focused on providing exciting future proof solutions and in the process helping individuals and global companies improve. I am passionate about pushing boundaries and innovating within the L&D sphere, guiding Redware to be the first to identify future trends and technologies that can be applied to the learning sector. Responsible for the day to day running, future vision, culture and strategy of the company and products.

Why Redware:
For a number of reasons. Firstly our partners, the people we get to help succeed with our software solutions and collective knowledge. Secondly, the Redware team who are friendly, fun, immensely knowledgeable, always go above and beyond, are constantly innovating and thinking outside the box. Thirdly, because Redware offers the opportunity to promote a culture where people and learning truly matters.

What motivates you in the world of LMS?:
To solve problems and create world beating solutions that can help push the industry and our partners forwards in making learning an easy engaging everyday occurrence across multiple blended forms through smart technology.

Adam joined Redware in October 2011.

Role activities & responsibilities: I am responsible for finance, Human Resources, back office, client and supplier contracts & legal aspects within the business.

Why Redware: I thrive on the company culture, which is to strive to always do better both with the product and within the company. The company culture exudes positivity from within, whilst focussed on the team succeeding at work and home by providing a great work life balance and flexibility.

What motivates you in the world of LMS?: Providing a product that people can engage with and use to increase their career performance and development.

Kate joined Redware in June 2014.

Role activities & responsibilities: To promote Redware within the LMS market and provide clarity to potential and existing customers about the benefits and key advantages of partnering with Redware against our competition. To support new business opportunities, to create smooth sales and implementation processes for all customers. To work alongside embedded customers to review our service and support for continue improvement.

Why Redware: The infectious desire to strive to always improve the products and the company. Redware is an open and transparent working environment where we are all working to the same goal – continued improvement in all aspects of the business. Redware is also a company that truly values the team. This is the first company in my career where Redware truly lives by their values. I value that immensely.

What motivates you in the world of LMS?: The opportunity to provide and prove improved performance to learners and the enterprise as a whole. To be part of an essential sector providing support alongside key changes and shifts in team integration and learning, since the need to support remote and homeworking as an impact of COVID. Developing a true business case for emerging applications trends to engage learners; such as AR & AI.
