The senior leadership team at Redware are committed to ensuring the organisation is effective and successful by taking on responsibility for the implementation of an appropriate strategy for the organisation.
Managing our stakeholders, giving clear definitions of what constitutes effectiveness, ensuring the implementation of the strategy and targeting of resources towards our companies and clients account success. We constantly review these actions to ensure relevance to the organisation's goals.

Role activities & responsibilities:
With previous EdTech experience and leadership within the technology sector, my focus has always been to devise a clear business strategy and prove business success through constant improvement of our LMS product offering alongside ensuring positive customer and employee engagement.
Why Redware:
The company has evolved hugely since its start in 1999, however, the company has always been built on a common vision embraced and executed by the whole team. This vision is to focus on continued improvement of our LMS to benefit learner’s performance across our global clients.
What motivates you in the world of LMS?:
The constantly changing world of learning. To ensure developments and key trends in software are relevantly applied to the learning sector.

Role activities & responsibilities:
Focused on providing exciting future proof solutions and in the process helping individuals and global companies improve. I am passionate about pushing boundaries and innovating within the L&D sphere, guiding Redware to be the first to identify future trends and technologies that can be applied to the learning sector. Responsible for the day to day running, future vision, culture and strategy of the company and products.
Why Redware:
For a number of reasons. Firstly our partners, the people we get to help succeed with our software solutions and collective knowledge. Secondly, the Redware team who are friendly, fun, immensely knowledgeable, always go above and beyond, are constantly innovating and thinking outside the box. Thirdly, because Redware offers the opportunity to promote a culture where people and learning truly matters.
What motivates you in the world of LMS?:
To solve problems and create world beating solutions that can help push the industry and our partners forwards in making learning an easy engaging everyday occurrence across multiple blended forms through smart technology.
